Easy Dill Cream Cheese

Dill Cream Cheese is a creamy and refreshing spread that could be used for many applications including being placed on a sandwich or used to dip vegetables in. Easy to mix together, this spread taste like a million dollars with a low price tag to you. Given that cream cheese is cheap, and dill can be grown in even the smallest of spaces or is readily available at a store, you can make a fresh and light cream cheese spread with ease.

HOW TO MAKE DILL CREAM CHEESE

The process is quite simple really!

Put one 8 oz package of cream cheese into a small bowl, and add a good dallop of daisy! I can’t believe I got to say that.

Next you will add a good bit of dill weed. For this recipe I used dried dill that I bought at the grocery store. It is inexpensive and a little bit goes a long way and adds good flavor to dishes.

Add about 1-2 tablespoons.

You are free to do what you think is right here with the quantity of dill weed that is in your spread. If you like a lot more dill, add more dill. If you don’t like as much, use less.

You can add some other seasonings here if you want to.

If you are wanting to add more seasonings, I would recommend starting with:

Salt
pepper
Red chili flakes
Garlic powder
Paprika
Onion powder
Tarragon
Thyme

And all of that is just a start! The sky is the limit here and you can feel free to get creative with the way that you flavor this condiment.

You never know, you might make the best tasting condiment that the world has ever tasted.

NOW GIVE IT ALL A GOOD MIX!

Use this for any savory dish that would normally call for cream cheese. Use it to dip veggies in, or you can use it for a sandwich as I have done here.

Using this dill cream cheese I made the best cucumber sandwich a guy could ask for!

YUM!!!
